Our Bamboo Pillows may be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the Original Sales Receipt. All returns of non-defective items must be un-opened in their original packaging and in “new/unused” condition. Opened, non-defective Bamboo Pillows are NOT returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right.
